Darran Littlefield

Current & Prior Coaching Experience:

Coach Littlefield spent six years coaching at Cedar Park Christian High School – three years as an assistant coach and three years as head coach for the varsity program.  Coach Littlefield led the Eagles to two league championships, twice received the WIAA Coach of the Year award, and his team was recognized with the Sportsmanship Award twice in the Emerald City League.  He was also selected to coach the high school Washington All-State Feeder game held in Bellingham.  In addition, Coach Littlefield heads up a tournament team for Rijo Athletics each Fall during the Las Vegas Desert Classic.

 

In 2008, he joined Bruce Glenn, John Cokos, Gregg Caylor and Jose Rijo to start Washington FCA Baseball, began the annual FCA spring training camp in Arizona, and since has seen the majority of his players move on to play collegiate baseball.  He spent the first three years at FCA coaching the 18U squad with a first place and two second place league finishes.  He then coached a talented team of 14U athletes through their 18U year; consistently finishing in the top five of the Seattle Elite league each year with 12 players moving on to play in college at UW, OSU, University of Northern Colorado, Pepperdine, George Fox, Linfield and local Junior Colleges. Coach Littlefield has led teams to several tournament and league championship rounds including a second place finish in the Seattle Elite 16U State Championship, first place finish in the Can-Am Classic in Osoyoos, Canada, a second place finish in the Triple Crown World Series held in Denver, CO, a first place finish in the Las Vegas Desert Classic and several other local tournament championships.
