Coach Wesener is an Australian native, scholar-athlete and graduate from Central Washington University. He graduated in the spring of 2016 with Honors in Business Administration with concentrations in Management & Leadership. Upon arriving in the US, Coach Wesener played at MCC in Montana where as a sophomore he represented MCC as an OF on both the Conference and All-Region team. He was ranked first in hits with 69, scoring 55 runs, swiping 21 bases, and leading the nation with 9 triples. He also had 9 doubles, 5 home-runs, 40 RBI's, and ended the year hitting .426. During his time at CWU, Coach Wesener was once again named on the All-Conference baseball and academic teams. He also trained with the track team in the 100 & 200m events unfortunately he never competed as it was conflicting with the regularly baseball schedule.
Coach Wesener is an assistant coach with our 18U program. He is an outstanding technical coach for outfield defensive development, hitting and base running. FCA Baseball most appreciates coach Wesener as an exceptional role model for our players as he strives to excel in every aspect of his life. Our players appreciate his genuine interest in their success and his ability to teach mental toughness. Coach Wesener also is a key member of our Arizona Spring Training staff.
